How you get to the Bearberry Cabins, close to the Forestry Trunk Road in the Foothills of Alberta, Canada


How you can get to the Bearberry Cabins
  • from Calgary follow Hwy # 2 north to Olds, turn west on Hwy # 27 to Sundre (40 km distance between Olds and Sundre)
  • from Edmondon follow Hwy # 2 south to Olds, turn west on Hwy # 27 to Sundre
  • from Banff/Lake Louise follow Hwy # 1 east to Cochrane, turn north to Hwy # 22 to Sundre

  • from Sundre go straight west for the next 36 km. The Highway number changes into Hwy #584. Stay always on Highway, it is a paved road until you come to the James River. Cross the James River bridge, there you will see the Bearberry Nordic Centre sign. Please turn to the right onto our private driveway.
